Dynamically I.A.M. provides life coaching, mentoring, teaching, and activity-based learning materials. These services are intended for personal development and educational purposes only.

Our coaching and materials do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.

4Intellectual Property

All content, including worksheets, journals, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Dynamically I.A.M. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

5Payment and Refunds

Payments for products and consultations are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized nature of coaching sessions, refunds are generally not provided unless specified otherwise in a separate service agreement.

6Limitation of Liability

Dynamically I.A.M. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
