Hey, I'm Sarah 👋🏽. I grew up curious about people and how they change, and that curiosity turned into a career of helping others level up with joy, clarity, and momentum.
I work with athletes, teens, and adults through playful, hands-on experiences that make growth feel real (and actually fun). Around here, we don't just learn—we experiment, reflect, and celebrate the small wins.
